About me

WHO AM I?

I am a clinical psychologist with a psychoanalytic orientation and a psychotherapist, graduated from the University of Paris and specialized in child and adolescent psychology. Passionate about my profession, I work as both a psychologist and a psychoanalyst with commitment and compassion.

My professional experience has been built through various renowned institutions. I have worked with children at the Association of Mental Health in the 13th arrondissement of Paris, as well as at the Center for Support, Research, and Evaluation of Childhood and Complex, International Parenting at the Sainte-Anne Hospital. I have also worked at the Maison des Adolescents. Additionally, I have had the opportunity to work with adults through my role at the L’Élan Retrouvé Foundation.

Trilingual, I can conduct my sessions in Vietnamese (my native language), French, and English, adapting to the preferred language of the person I am working with.

I specialize particularly in addressing issues such as anxiety, language disorders, borderline states, depression related to separations and grief, as well as transcultural issues.

MY SERVICE

“The ego is not master in its own house” (Sigmund Freud)

I offer you a space for free expression where both verbal and physical expressions are considered with attention. I accompany individuals going through difficulties, helping them overcome these challenges by exploring their internal psychic life, especially its unconscious, hidden, or repressed aspects, which may be the source of suffering, symptoms, or disorders affecting their daily life.

I work with children and adolescents in the context of individual psychotherapy, educational psychotherapy, and family consultation. My approach takes into account multiculturalism, migration experiences, and cultural and linguistic diversity. With children, therapeutic work relies not only on verbal expression but also on psychic and physical expression through play and drawing. I integrate art therapy into my practice. By actively participating in the child’s drawing, I help them overcome their verbal inhibitions and encourage them to express themselves through this shared creation. This collaborative drawing then becomes a tool for analysis and interpretation during sessions, revealing unconscious elements and offering a projection of repressed speech. Art therapy helps the child mobilize their internal resources and use them to better understand and overcome their difficulties.

I also work with adolescents and adults in psychotherapeutic or psychoanalytic follow-ups, as well as with couples and families in a dedicated space for listening and mediation. My approach primarily relies on active listening, allowing me to immerse myself in your world in order to fully grasp your experiences and feelings.

Particularly attentive to psychological suffering, I use my skills in listening and analysis to support your well-being. Together, we will work to free your speech, shed light on your difficulties, and provide you with tools to regain emotional and personal balance.
