Clinical psychologist, psychoanalyst
HA THANH TRINH | CLINICAL PSYCHOPATHOLOGY MAJOR, SPECIALIZED IN INFANTO-JUVENILE CLINIC AND IN TRANSCULTURAL CLINIC
Doing work on oneself is proof of courage and desire to move forward in life, work in which the person is confronted with his emotional difficulties in order to overcome them. That being said, this ordeal is far from easy and psychological support is important in many cases. As a clinical psychologist and psychoanalyst, I offer you a space for speech, a place where all verbal and bodily expressions will be taken into account, brought to light and given meaning. This space will be dedicated to you, with the aim of helping you to overcome these difficulties by working in particular on your internal psychic life and its unconscious, hidden and ignored elements causing suffering, symptoms and disorders in your daily life.
About psychotherapy
Psychotherapy sessions generally take place between 30 and 45 minutes, based on the principles of the typical cure, which is the process of self-knowledge at the same time as the therapeutic process. During this time, I listen carefully to the person and guide them in their stories while observing the way they express themselves. The frequency of sessions is generally one per week and the duration of therapy varies, above all, according to the evolution of the patient's condition and according to his needs and availability.
